Peter Skornia

Peter Skornia is the President of Cella Building Company, with over 25 years of construction experience in multi-family and mixed-use development. Peter holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.

The primary target of Cella Building Company is developing, designing, and building high performance buildings. Peter's expertise expands the role of builder to assist in many areas beyond construction that support a project’s goals. These include redevelopment incentives, tax credits, owner’s representative services, estimating and scheduling as well as urban re‐development assessment with a proven record in the Grand Rapids market and other communities throughout Michigan and around the country.
