Mike Coyne

Mike Coyne is the CEO of Cella Building Company, with over 30 years of leadership experience in multi-family and mixed-use development, construction, transportation, healthcare services, logistics, and M&A. He has held Officer/C-Level roles for the past 15 years, managing locations across the U.S. and Canada, and has been involved in M&A deals ranging from $2 million to $750 million.

Mike also chairs the board of ASA Group LLC, which invests in small businesses with competitive advantages, focusing on service industries, real estate development, light manufacturing, and healthcare services. ASA Group provides strategic, operational, marketing, and M&A support to transitioning companies.

Additionally, Mike serves on the board of Ave Maria Press and has held leadership roles with the Saint Joseph Health System Foundation and the American Heart Association Michiana Chapter. He is a recognized industry expert, having spoken at conferences and appeared on PBS and in the news media. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree from Xavier University and an MBA from Loyola University.
